I see what you mean about the "streamers," and agree that it could be a male. Mistakes can happen. But, it doesn't hurt to keep it for a month to see what develops. Call it a male for now & if it turns out to be a female, it will be a happy surprise.

If they're all about the same age, then he's easily a male.
Yes, then that would be the guy responsible for the sound.
Coloring indicates pullet. And the comb isn't very developed yet. Are you sure it was this one? Are you even sure it was a crow?
You'll need to look closely at the lower back. At this age, the male saddles would just be coming in and probably a darker shade of blue than the surrounding feathers.
