Can someone tell me what I have here?mainly wondering if there are roosters

@junebuggena and@summerb123 they were all sold as pullets.1 was the buff orp, and the others were RIR and NHR from some amish farmer and then a chicken and pig farmer down the street. So one wound up being a cockerel :( i might have to roast the EE even though he is nice to look at, he just tries to and successfully mates with everything. He has tried with the poor production red cockerel, and has successfully mated with the white rocks. Wouod never have thought they would let it hapen, or that he could physically do it. He loves goldilocks and the other bright colored pullet, as well as 2 oft the white rocks. He tries his hardest with the sexlink, but she has nothing of it. So how long should i wait to see if his hormones level out? Ive read on here, that he shouod settle down a bit over time. I have a really pretty 8 month old sexlink cochin cross roo (dont ask, he was given to me but he is very pretty) that is such a gentleman. He is so nice to his harem. He has a specific technique, he dances, he tidbits, he just romances the hell out of his harem of ladies and they happily oblige. No one runs from him. He is also super nice. Respects me and always gets out of the way, or comes up, depending on my body language. For just self perpetuating the flock (i raise the offspring to feed to the dogs, i breed working line east german shepherds) he does a great job. I save my breeding and keeping back stock for the gold and silver duckwings, lav orps and silkies. EE and whiting true blues are for eggs, i like to give a rainbow of eggs to mine and my bfs clients. They love it! So ive read that mean roosters make mean babies. Makes sense. I breed for specific traits in the shepherds which they absolutely pass down to the pups. So, how long until i know this behavior is just him, or is just his 'teenager age' ? I got the nice rooster when he was 6 months old, so I wouldnt know how he was. I was told rocks wouldnt live past butcher age, but here they are, almost 18 weeks old, and in very good shape, and even breeding with my Rude EE cockerel. They run, and can 'fly' basically lift off the ground or flap up to the roost 4 feet up, So, not everything is set in stone, but as far as cockeral behaving this way and general Suggestions on when I should see it go away, or should he (as some on here put it), 'go into the stewpot'?

By 6 to 7 months old, if he hasn't settled, it's likely he won't. He should only be paying attention to mature girls, not mounting everything insight. That, for me, would be enough to make me invite him for dinner. Some are just really randy, all the time. Some are really rough on the girls. Some are just naturally gentle. The White Rocks are just the same as any dual-purpose breed. They are not the same as Cornish Rocks/Cornish Cross. Those ones are specifically for meat.
