Right I've finally got a couple of close ups. These are Elvis I think he's a boy but I'm also clueless so we will see.

here is a much less cooperative queenie. She or he has had some unwanted overnight head plumage attention hence the up do. Any ideas guys?

1 I think is a cockerel but may be a bit early. 2 I think is a pullet.

i can tell by there crest his is more of a fountian and her crest is more of a afro

I can tell but the crest too but the wattles usually show up first lol

I could see Elvis had signs of red at around 6 weeks it's come on more so lately, and now has really prominent little horns at the top of his beak. Queenie is showing more red in the last week or two on her wattles but no horny bits.

I completely understand. We just hatched 8 olive eggers and 6 are roosters..

Thanks, these two chase us and try to peck us. I wasnt sure if maybe they were roosters. Glad they aren't.

Not sure. The bright sun and shadow makes it hard to see details. Maybe a couple more pics in better light would help.
