Not Sure If You've Got A Pullet Or Cockerel? Click Here! Thread 2

Hi! I have these 4 chicks i've been raising. They are 4 months old. Can you tell if any of them are roos?? I believe the 2 golden ones are aracaunas. Thank you so much for your help!

They're too young to be sure of anything except you have some early blooming cockerels. Post the ones you're unsure about after they've finished feathering.

Thanks, I know they are young but I was going by ftfarmer22's post at the beginning of this thread that said s/he was generally accurate with chicks 4 weeks and older. I would still appreciate more info if anyone thinks they can help!

It would be just a guess at 4 weeks. They sometimes show comb development early enough that you can tell but most Silkies keep people guessing until they're at POL or crowing.
Thanks for the info! We named it Stella Jr. If it's a girl, we will call her Stella, but if it's a boy, he will be called Jr.(but I'm pushing for Mr. Pickles)

What do you guys think of this little one. He/She is 7 weeks old. I keep calling her a she because that's what I want, but she is unsexed.

I have a 9 week old silver laced wyandotte that I'm worried is a roo!
