This is the baby I posted a few weeks ago. Now 13-14 weeks. Red Orpington. Roo, correct?

Only slightly experienced with this breed, but I don't see any obvious cockerels. Pale combs and no wattles. Give it another week.



Now they are 6.5 weeks old I’m still thinking pullets ?

Now they are 6.5 weeks old I’m still thinking pullets ?
Unless you have a late bloomer, I think all pullets.
They sure are cute and inquisitive. I've forgotten how personable they can be. Next time I need chicks, a Leghorn will be on the list. Be nice to get an exotic white egg too!
 
They are very sweet. I asked for the sweetest she had since my kids love their chickies! I never knew chickens purr
My son has a hen that we call a therapy chicken. If his day gets stressful, a little cuddle with Peach the buff orp fixes everything. She comes to the door looking for him. She is 8 yrs now and their bond is strong.
