Not sure on the gender of this Buff Orpington

For along time we have admired how much bigger our Buff Orpington is to the other breeds we have. Now it appears to be doing more of a crow. I am concerned we might have a rooster and not a hen. It is approx. 17 wks old. I do not have any layers yet and we this is the only Orpington we have. What do you think?

Definitely a Roo. He has his sickle feathers and hes crowing. Sorry but he looks like a Roo to me.
