Not sure what’s going on...please help me!

So this morning when I was refilling the food bin for my ladies, I noticed my black RIR hen, about a year.5 old or so, had a weird thing going on with her neck feathers. I’m not sure how to search for the issue so I’m including a photo in my post to hopefully get to the bottom of it. None of my others in the flock are showing these symptoms so I’m wondering if she’s being bullied and pecked or if she’s got mites or some sort of disease! Relatively new chicken owner so any help is appreciated!

Those look like pin feathers to me. I’m guessing she is molting so she lost a bunch of feathers in that area all at once and now they are regrowing. Some chickens lose/grow feathers in big patches like that. Some lose feathers more sporadically.

Whew ok thank you cinnamon roll! I was worried she had a disease!
