Not sure what’s wrong with my pullet. Canker?

Is this canker. Been like this a little over a week. Been treating her with Api general cure. She eats well noticed today her nose is running and she is always scratching at it.

Canker is foul smelling and usually yellow and sticky, gumming up the mouth and throat. It's spread by wild pigeons.

Those nodules look more like fowl pox. It's spread by mosquitoes.

I’m going to try but it’s not easy with 1 person. She’s not real cooperative

None of my other hens are affected.

Drainage from her nose is clear, but I do not see any today. And her breathing doesn’t seem to be labored.
