Not sure what Barbie is sick with

Hello, I'm very worried about Barbie shes 31/2. She had yellowish liquid coming from her mouth stating yesterday morning. I used an app that helped some. Can not get into a vet. I have read as much as I can is there anything else I can do. I've check her crop and belly she hasn't layer since August last year. I have another one too her name us Bella Rue and she's fine.
