Thank you everyone for the breed. I am happy to report that all my ladies are doing well. The Golden Laced Wyandotte is now 11 weeks old and beautiful. The other six are at the 7 week mark. Placed them all together about two weeks ago. No problems whatsoever. The GL acts like a mother hen with the younger birds, which made the transgression much easier. I do have a question regarding the easter egger. I am thinking its a rooster, which is fine by me, one in the coop isn't a bad thing. But I still can't tell, Im guessing. So any thoughts would be great.
This is the bird in question, who we call Owlet. Mostly cause he (Im almost sure he is a rooster) looked like an owlet when he was little.
