Not sure what is wrong with 12 week old legbar

My hen has been lethargic and poofy for a couple weeks, she seems to still eat and drink but today it is getting a little worse. I can pick her up without her moving and she falls asleep in my arms. No signs of mites or worms or anything physical I can see.

She could have Coccidiosis. How's her poop been? Bloody diarrhea, diarrhea, or bubbly/foamy diarrhea?
Solid with blood, or off, & on?

I’ll look into that thank you! So far there doesn’t seem to be anything weird with the poop but I will keep a closer look, she is isolated
