This is miss Merida. She is a partridge rock and rhode island red cross I hatched out April 12th. The last few days, she isn't herself, or at least acting chicken like as the rest. She just standa there all fluffed up. As you can see, she isn't quite laying yet. But her comb is pretty pale and you can tell she doesnt feel well. I am not sure what is wrong...she has been wormed here recently, as the whole flock has...can't quite put a finger on it. Crop isnt full, her vent looks fine, no coughing/sneezing...any thoughts?

In a young bird that is lethargic, fluffed up, not eating I would suspect coccidiosis.
Have you seen her droppings? I would go ahead and treat for coccidiosis with Corid, it won't do any harm if it's something else. Corid is available at most feed stores/tractor supply in the livestock section, either powder or liquid form is OK.
Dosing chart is below (use severe outbreak dosing), you can give her some orally in addition to the treated water to get the meds in her quickly, dosing for that is here:

This is what I do when a bird is acting 'off'......

I'd isolate bird in a wire cage within the coop for a day or two....so you can closely monitor their intake of food and water, crop function(checking at night and in morning before providing more feed), and their poops. Feel their abdomen, from below vent to between legs, for squishy or hard swelling.

Best to put crate right in coop or run so bird is still 'with' the flock.
I like to use a fold-able wire dog crate (24"L x 18"W x 21"H) with smaller mesh(1x2) on bottom of crate under tray.
Then you can put tray underneath crate to better observe droppings without it being stepped in. If smaller mesh is carefully installed, tray can still be used inside crate.

X2 I agree, I would treat for Coccidiosis. It probably wouldn't hurt to offer the Corid to all that you have in this age group.

After you finish all treatment, offer poultry vitamins and probiotics for a few days.

Sorry it's been so long for an update!! Since it won't hurt, I treated for Coccidia, but I do not feel that it's the issue at hand. The whole flock underwent treatment for that about 1 month ago and she is almost 5 months. I did go ahead and isolate her, but unfortunately it is not with the rest of the flock.
She eats, but little, drinks a bit. But she is having lime green poop. Which I have read could mean a large bacterial infection, starvation, or some liver/digestive issues. Ive given her some Nutri Drench and Im having the hubby pick up tubing for possible tube feeds. I put some yogurt in her enclosure too.
When I went out yesterday, her R eye wont open. Its not crusty or having drainage. I thought maybe corneal abrasion? So Im just cleaning it with Veterycin Opthalmic Solution.
Today, when giving her the vitamins, her mouth has large amounts of saliva? And is sticky. Just keeping an eye on her now...everything says the ending is not good for this...any thoughts?

Reading further...she is looking like Newcastle Disease :-( Feast or famine...Ive gone almost two years without anything happening except for predatory attacks....now coccidia a while ago and now possibly this.
Anyone have any experience with this? What should I do with the rest of the flock???

It's pretty hard to diagnose exact diseases without lab tested swabs or same during a necrospy.
What ever she has, the flock has already been exposed.
I would just keep everyone on good basic nutrition after the basic vitamin boost,
but I'm not one to jump to conclusions or treat without an accurate diagnosis.

What symptoms do you see that you think she has NewCastles?

The large amounts of saliva? Have you looked inside her beak for lesions, canker or yellow plaques?
Is her crop emptying overnight?

With the bright green poop, eye problem and immobility,
I would look into Marek's instead. Here's some reading for you

Looking at her symptoms on the Merck site. It's possible it's Mareks too...she doesn't have paralysis, but that eye. I realize there are different forms. She has the hunched over position:-( no sores in her mouth and her belly isn't swollen...like you said, I won't know for sure unless testing is done. If she doesn't make it, Im definitely having a necropsy done. Hopefully she will pull through.
As far as tube feedings go, how much would you do at once? Its says they eat about 1/3 cup per day. Would you feed her TID with a third of that amount?
Her crop is empty but she doesn't eat a lot right now to begin with. She did eat some scrambled eggs this morning.
