Not sure where to put this: Looking for duck eggs...to eat.

Wish I lived close enough and had extras! I have seen people on Craigslist selling eating eggs, both duck and chicken. Hope you find some! I got some from a member and then had to get my own ducks. I only have one out of two laying but I'm picking up three more this weekend!

YUMMYYYYYYYY Biscotti!!! We are serious biscotti addicts in this house.

I am afraid getting ducks will be in our future if these things really do make baked goods as much better as I have heard.

However, NO DUCKS until I get moved to Texas in about a year.

The only problem is, my husband told me I have to chose between ducks and a Koi pond (something I have always wanted).

He knows I want some nicer koi and insists he isn't buying several hundred dollar snacks for my ducks. LOL

if you get ducks..youre in BIG trouble...they will steal your heart...i can guarantee it...

ducks are one of the easiest birds to fence in/out.. I would suggest a decorative fence around your pond.

you will probably have to anyhow, to keep raccoons and other fish loving critters out..

I kinda figured they would see the pretty little snacks and just fly over anything I put around it. So what does it take to keep them out? I know the raccoons and such are going to be a big problem but I just didn't mention THOSE to my hubby.

Once I do actually build one I plan on making it very nice so I will do a lot of pre-planning. It has been a dream of mine for a long time and with this being our last

move I may be able to have it FINALLY!!!
