Not sure where to put this...Need Leg strap for Shamo-where do I buy

I am looking for a heavy duty leg STRAP to put on my Shamo so they can have and enjoy "free ranging"/turn out time as best they can on a leash and not get into TROUBLE. i.e. starting a masacare. Ive seen other shamo and aseel and malay folks use them...but they are probably "sport rooster" paraphinilla. Any idea where I can buy these???? Or anyone make them?? Or even what they are called???

Look in the rare breeds thread. THere is a person in South Florida that posts on there who has them on his shamo in pics
