I just walked into the coop at 6:45-ish and went to check on the turken pullets and immediately noticed this!!!

In the 2nd pic I had her on the ground, she was not already on the ground. I found her roosting with everyone else blissfully until I saw the wound and freaked out. I called up my dad who is a nurse and he said it should be fine. Should I do anything? Ive seen birds recover from all sorts of horrific things but im kinda worried not gonna lie..

Any ideas of what to do? I immediately moved her to a cage with water and feed and she then started roosting then sleeping. She shows no discomfort or anything about the injury, although just stands still when I place her on the ground which is obvious why

Are you able to tell if it's just the skin and fat layers sliced or is anything else involved? Is she able to eat and drink? I'd probably clean it up and isolate her within her flock so no one can peck at it until a knowledgeable member replies. I'm no help with anything else.

Yes, you do need to do something about it. Start by clipping the feathers away from around it (yes, I know that she's a naked neck, but there are a few and they will get in your way and they can get dirt in it very easily.
Seconding this:

Also- Is it actively bleeding?

I could see fat layers, the trachea and muscle, there is a membrane that has healed over so it probably wont get infected and its stopped bleeding so thats a start

Ill clip the feathers away tommorow morning, no its not bleeding anymore

Isolate her from the other birds as they will peck at the wound. Clean it as best you can. It's hard to tell in the picture how deep the wound is but it appears to be no deeper than the subcutaneous tissue.

If the bleeding has stopped (which it appears to have) then it shouldn't require stitches).

Trying to keep the wound clean and intact will be the priority.

Have you discovered what caused the injury?

Separate her from the others. If you can give her her own little space -- a cage, maybe -- with bedding, feed, and water, then do so.
Trim the feathers away from the wound, wash it out, dry it, and then smear some triple antibiotic ointment on it -- no scents or painkillers, just plain ointment.
Continue smearing ointment on the wound daily until it scabs over, or even after that.
Keep an eye on her.
