I bathed her and applied antibiotic now she's wrapped in a towel sitting with me...she won't eat but I've been force feeding her water with apple cider vinegar in it...she'll probably be eating by morning

but bless her little heart!!

I was anxious to check my new eggs...just set on Sat....they best I could see is some air cell development!!! I have see veins at 3 days but none out of 4 dozen so far!! barely 3 days

I got one off Amazon. Its an Acu-Rite. Seems to work.

I use an Exo-Terra Digital thermometer/hygrometer. I got it at petsmart and it seems to work well for me. It shows the highest its been and the lowest so you don't have to wonder if the temp went to high/low while you aren't watching.

I got tired of having so many thermometers, so when I was building my DIY 'Bator, I also got this hyro/therm from incubator warehouse.

Pretty good unit, is very close to my other two most trusted thermometers. Now I just have two in there to verify each other.

Just candled again...out of the five mottled ameraucana left I see definite movement in 3, the six silkied ameraucana I saw 4 with good movement! The others and the marans were too dark so only time will tell
