November Hatch -- Who's going to have late fall babies?

I put 12 Coturnix eggs into the incubator Nov1. These are my first eggs and i just couldn't help it

...they came from my birds just before they stopped laying .

Today is Day 21 for three Delaware eggs abandoned by my broody hen. No pips, though they've been rocking for two days. Probably calm before the storm, but it's making me nervous. She let eggs cool off from time to time, so I'm hoping the hatch isn't delayed. I need new layers after losing so many to internal laying/egg peritonitis. Watch all three be roosters.

I had 2 silkies hatch last Monday. I had a duck egg in with them and it is looking good as of yesterday. Figured I would try something small since I never had hatched anything. DH usually does the hatching
We have a bunch of black sex links he put in bator on Nov 1st.

One of my hens hatched her nest yesterday. She has 12 chicks, though it should be 14. There were 15 eggs total in the nest and only one wasn't hatched when she left it. That egg was pipped so I stuck it under another broody that should be hatching soon. I'll take that chick away and give it back to its 'real' mama tonight. I have no idea where the other 2 eggs/chicks are, I don't know if maybe she'd had a couple 'bad' eggs that I didn't notice or if the chicks have disappeared somewhere. I'm thinking they've disappeared, I seem to recall a dark striped chick that is not with her today

The wait is killing me, I think I've gained 5 pounds from the stress.

I've been sorta depressed since setting the eggs in the new automatic incubators, I don't feel the connection I had when I had to turn the eggs three times a day... Of course only one chick hatched but I felt a connection with it!!
I've been trying to stay busy building a new coop with my son, but even that isn't distracting me from running up to the incubators every hour or so to be sure the temperature is stable & everything is OK........................ ARRRRRGH %$@^%

My first batch of eggs won't hatch until next week on the 17th (Brahmas) ...the worry, the hoping, the suspence argghhhh

Then we start hatching like crazy, 19th (Jersey & Quail) & 20th (Silkies & Mixed) Finally Turkeys & Ducks don't start arriving until Dec. 2nd
