..honestly our structures look different he has more space than me but I think I give them more water than he does because we all use the same feed formula we mix feed together md them share

Did you both source your flocks from the same supplier? I think the big question as to which is better would come down to the food conversion rates - amount of food in vs quantity of eggs and overall egg quality.
