I posted some pics and someone mentioned that 2 of my girls were really boys. I wasn't wanting to jump to conclusions because they are 1. very young still, and 2. I have heard and read numerous times on here about people being fooled by their pullets/cockerels and it was a while befor ethey relaly knew.
So no I want other opinions or experiences. Can they trick you this young? they are closing in on 3 weeks.
Lucy is a SLW

Lucy, she is the most "roo" looking.. her/his waddles are developing and is bigger than some of the others.

Sorry, the EE looks male, too.

Very cute, though; he reminds me of a tiny little pigeon.

That comb looks pretty red, but the feet look kinda skinny to be a boy. The SLW has much beefier legs, definitely a roo also.

Here is a pic of mine at 3 weeks, and by 5 weeks were fully feathered, now my 2 did have pink combs early but never got any bigger or more red?

Well I can't give up hope yet and I will update as they are older! I will say I looked at them in daylight today and they dont really look as red as in those pics. They are more pinkish and they are pretty flat. When will spur bumps show up and are males the ONLY ones that have them? I don't see waddles yet either. Ill just keep

that maybe just maybe they are being little tricksters

Are you saying they look like both slws and roos, or that slws generally look like roos to u? Im sure the little one is an ee though. I just don't know how if they are both roos how did I get so lucky when they are all vent sexed at birth? I mean I know its not perfect but of the 4 I got there 50% mis-sexed is frustrating

SLW looks to be a roo. No pullet here has ever been that pink at this age, and the thick legs. Roo all the way. EE is pretty pink, but with an EE who knows what is going on. More likely a roo.
