It all depends on just how bad she is and how long she has been this bad...
She may be laying internally and there is NOTHING that can be done for that.
If she is full of worms there is something that can be done.
How does her belly area feel?
Hard?
Swollen?

think of it as a vicks vapor rub type thing...
Does she have those type symptoms.
It is not a cure all medicine type product.

Yes..
When you say she has been sick....
what exactly do you mean?
Has she been sneezing?
Coughing?
Not laying?
Hunched over?
What does her poop look like?
Has she ever been wormed?

OK no coughing, sneezing just real lethargic, runny poop mostly clear/whites he just started this morning when I got up she was on her side. Yesterday I had her in the yard and feed her a couple worms. She drinking water and eating yesterday

If you choose to water her this way make sure you do NOT squirt it down the wrong pipe..you will "drown" her..
