NPIP Certification in California?

I want to start shipping my birds but I think I need to be NPIP certified in order to ship them. I live in California and I don't know how NPIP certification works and how to do it. I have a small flock.

How do I do it and how much does it cost??

You go to national website and find your state' s list of participants. You can access stock codes and each state's list of breeders to find what you are looking for.
