NPIP Certification Question

So, I am realizing more and more I'd better get NPIP'ed.

But I have a couple of questions hopefully someone can answer?

1.) Do they certify little hobby farms? Like, a tiny little backyard farm?
2.) Do they charge?
3.) Does the person have to come to your house?

1. Yes
2. Not in Florida, but I believe each state is different.
3. Yes. They need to test every bird of breeding age the first time.
