Do you need to be NPIP tested to ship hatching egg? I know people need to if they are selling at shows or going to shows but what about eggs? Any information about this and NPIP would be appreciated.

Yes in certain states u need NPIP #s to ship out of that state or recieve. There r several states that require NPIP certification to export or import eggs for that state. California, Virginia and Ohio r a few examples as its state law. Here in KY u do not have to b NPIP certified to recieve eggs and can ship to any other state that doesnt require NPIP but here if u r not NPIP u couldnt ship to any of the states that require NPIP#s to recieve eggs. Hope that helps
