NPIP place that ships Paint SILKIE CHICKS

I am looking for a NPIP place that will ship Paint (white with black spots), Chocolate, or Mauve chicks or juveniles to Oklahoma. I would prefer not to hassle with shipped eggs. Can anyone recommend any places that will ship these? Thank you!

Most breeders will not ship newly hatched silkie chicks, due to their delicate nature.
You can try Rainier Foothills Farm in Washington. They have gorgeous paints and may ship birds that are older.
