NR360 temperature accuracy experiences

Looking for updates on this thread if possible. I have two NR360s going right now, one full of duck eggs for the HS biology class. I have successfully incubated somewhat in that one, I opened turkey eggs too early and used it in January to finish staggering ducks my turkey hen went broody on. Mixed flocks are so much fun! lol
The second I just bought because my Pilgrim goose decided to stop laying, but wouldn’t sit. They are ten months old, so inexperienced but I didn’t want the eggs to go to waste.
I don’t have extra therm/hygros but I did try a digital cooking therm through the vent hole onto the eggs and the bottom of the bator. Egg surface was reading 94-95 degrees, bottom a bit higher. What should eggshell temp be inside the bator to hatch well?
