Nurture Right 360 incubator suddenly powered off; How do I fix it?

My 360 incubator isn't turning on, the plug works for my other 360 incubator so it's not the problem but the incubator itself. How do I go about fixing it and what will I need?

What do you mean it doesn't turn on?
No lights at all?
You're plugging in to the same outlet with your testing correct?

Could be a burned out motor or it's just shot if it's not turning on.

No lights, I have two 360 incubators and the cord and outlet aren't the problem. I tried to plug it in after a few days hoping it just needed some rest but nothing happened so it probably is a dead motor. Where could I buy a new one and how do I replace it?

You would need to contact the manufacturer to see if any replacement parts are available.

Update! I sent them a message and they can't provide the computer part of it that stopped working. They said I could be refunded for a year warranty but I bought the incubator from someone else so I don't think I'm eligible. Does anyone know what else I can do to save it or have a similar situation? I spent $100 on it and have only used it for a few months so I don't want to just give up on it.
