Nutri drops? Mycoplasma Gallisepticum

If it is coryza, it would be good to treat with sulfa antibiotics (Bactrim, sulfatrim, sulfadimethoxine, sulfamethazine.) E.coli can also be a secondary infection in the air sacs or eyes. I hope that you can save her, but I would consider culling a chicken if I had coryza. It is just that one has to get testing or a necropsy performed where they culture the organism, to find that out. Coryza can spread easier, and be more serious than MG.

MG is not curable. You can treat the symptoms but even if she recovers, she will be a carrier for life. She will infect others birds and pass it thru any eggs. It is not advisable to bring in any healthy new hens due to the fact they may contract it. Its best from this point to maintain a closed flock. No new in or none out. It can be transmitted by your shoes, clothes, bedding in the coop, waterers and feeders.
I am dealing with the same thing right now. I have no idea how they got it or where but suspect its either the straw I put down, or possibly from someone who bought chickens from me. I have suspended all sales and have closed my flock.
Disinfect everything. Biosecurity is highly recommended. I have culled any hen displaying symptoms. I just hope this doesnt wipe out my entire flock. Good luck with yours.
