lol, I make my own plain yogurt one gallon at a time and we ALWAYS have fresh yogurt in the fridge, I also strain it and we use it as a soucream substitute on things like burritos ans potatoes.I made them again yesterday. This time I used yogurt that was packaged as plain. The first time I made them I had scooped the yogurt from a fruit on bottom container, hence the hint of sweet flavor in that first batch. It makes sense different yogurt different flavor.
