NY chicken lover!!!!

I'll have silkie eggs available soon. The blue/black/splash pen is on strike right now & I'm hatching all the whites. Most of mine are show quality, but I think very fairly priced. I'll be doing an auction on here as soon as I have enough hatch. PM me if you'd like more info.

village auction gallery

they are open year round but only do two small animal auctions a year spring and fall so they are really big auctions.

you can be asked to be added to their snail mail list. they send out flyers 2 weeks before sale.

consigments start at 7am-10am
you just show up and wait in line
you stuff is sold in order it is received.
people start lining up at 5 sometimes. in spring

I have been thinking for a long time of starting a 4h poultry club in Oneida County....I keep telling myself I will regret it...but here goes! LOL

If anyone is interested in being ACTIVE in a 4H club, email me privately.

we need at least 5 kids, between the ages of 5 & 18 to be an official club. If they join before May 1st, they will be able to participate at the Boonville Fair.

the feedstore in lyons is just as you go around big bend(on right set backfrom road) in to newark. i do not know name sorry. they sell big sheds and horse run ins and stuff out by road. all the local amish and mennite go there. dont be surprised if you see horses and buggies there. aspecially in spring. they are really nice.

they sell chicks there in spring just like TSC. i think they are looking into doing monthly auctions there. the village auction gallery is the one who helped them with the auctions before.
