I like to cook over wood and I like to eat. We used wild grape jelly we made. I'm sure regular old store bought jelly would work fine. I just fork the pork............rather than tenderizing it and marinate in the jelly, slightly watered down for 24 hours. Flipping and reforking at least once. Incredible on pork. Really really good for venison. For venison I add a little garlic and onion to the grape jelly .

Woke up this morning to my Silkie roo crowing! Oh wait, but let me just say that by "this morning" I don't mean 6am or 5am, No, he was crowing at 2:19 in the morning!!! Which then of course prompted Gru to start crowing! What on earth would prompt them to do this!?! If this is going to be a nightly ritual he will most definitely get the boot!
