I don't think my Silkie chick is doing that great...all it does it sleep, it's wings seem droopy, almost they're growing faster than the rest of its body...so weird. Anyone know what could be wrong?

So my silver speckled hemberg looks grosse! Her poop is nasty and her eye is swollen and nasty! Does anyone know what it could be or what I should do.

I forgot all about that chick...is it possible to come here? Do you have older chicks inside? if you do you might make something you could put the chick into so it could see & hear the other chicks, but not get in with them, like a wire cage?

My first Sebastapol goslings are hatching!!!

all but 1 have pipped, the first one has head & 1 foot out...they are 2 days early...

I didn't notice they were piping until I was getting the hatcher to put them in ready, and I walked by the incubator & hear a "whistle" I didn't know they made that sound....so excited

That's ok. I could try that. I have three older ones growing out and flying about in the shed. I thought about bringing a silkie hen to it and seeing if the hen would take care of it.
