I hope I didn't give anyone the impression that I think I'm 'normal'! Lol!
One of the reasons I love my job is I get to meet many interesting characters, truck drivers from around the country, they all seem to have a good tale to tell.

Yeah rain go away! Me and four yr old daughter just feed our chickens the skin from a huge baked butternut squash and the guts. They were all inside their coop, and I don't blame them.
And I'm the one who got in trouble for her jumping in the mudpuddles.

Seriously, when it rains here, it pours! Literally! And our whole yard floods! I can't stand it! I can't believe I actually let the birds out of their coop this morning. They're all probably soaked!

If anyone is interested, I'm selling my 4 Khaki Campbell ducks. 1 boy & 3 girls. I get 2 eggs a day and the younger one should start laying soon. I decided I just want to concentrate on the geese. If interested, PM me. They lay an average of 300 eggs a year, better than my chickens, for sure!

McMillan Fiberglass Stocks, McMillan Firearms Manufacturing, McMillan Group International have been collectively banking with Bank of America for 12 years. Today Mr. Ray Fox, Senior Vice President, Market Manager, Business Banking, Global Commercial Banking (Bank of America) came to my office. He scheduled the meeting as an "account analysis" meeting in order to evaluate the two lines of credit we have with them. He spent 5 minutes talking about how McMillan has changed in the last 5 years and has become more of a firearms manufacturer than a supplier of accessories. At this point I interrupted him and asked "Can I possibly save you some time so that you don't waste your breath? What you are going to tell me is that because we are in the firearms manufacturing business you no longer want my business." "That is correct", he says. I replied "That is okay, we will move our accounts as soon as possible. We can find a 2nd Amendment friendly bank that will be glad to have our business. You won't mind if I tell the NRA, SCI and everyone I know that Bank of America is not firearms-industry friendly?" "You have to do what you must", he said. "So you are telling me this is a politically motivated decision, is that right? Mr. Fox confirmed that it was. At which point I told him that the meeting was over and there was nothing left for him to say. I think it is important for all Americans who believe in and support our 2nd amendment "right to keep and bear arms" should know when a business does not support these rights. What you do with that knowledge is up to you. When I don't agree with a business' political position, I cannot, in good conscience support them. We will soon no longer be accepting Bank of America credit cards as payment for our products. I am fine with you re-posting it. Thank for your support. Kelly D. I hate when people say normal.  I have a sweat shirt that says, 

"Everyone seems normal until you get to know them".  And it is TRUE.  Everyone is weird one way or another and I wouldn't trust anyone who wasn't.

Not a fan of this time of the year. Seeing the chickens fluffed up & cold, it takes all my will power not to hang a heat lamp out there for them. I told myself this year I would not do that but it's tough to see them cold. Especially today when it rained for half the day & several birds insisted on going out & getting soaked before coming in for the night. Did receive the heated water bases I ordered, so they will have open water all winter. Still hate seeing them cold. Ugh.

Does anyone out there know mockingbird behavior?

Last week an MB spent all day flying at my slider, like he or she wanted to come in, even went to the other side of the house to try the front door. He/she comes back every day, flying at the slider like he/she wants to come in. I don't think it's a reflexion thing bc it has been cloudy & sunny and both sides of the house. Any ideas?

Usually they do it in the spring ..He ? thinks it is another male bird in his territory .I believe he still sees his reflection ....even on cloudy days
Do you have the blinds / drapes open or closed ? have you closed them ? Hang something inside the window . a newspaper , a picture of a cat ,

Still hate seeing them cold. Ugh.

Yes me too ..esp when they are wet ...Mine were too today ..They all roost together to get warm

We did have a mortgage through Bank of America (not our choice, suppose to be FHA loan through another company the realtor uses, they sold it to BOA after we bought it)
Last year we were sold again to another company. Not sure why, every payment on time or early plus a few extra every year.
I would have switched myself if it wasn't already, the Constitution of the United States of America is very important to all in my family and all my neighbors in most of the counties in upstate NY.
This makes you feel good that their are so many people that care about our Constitution in upstate NY, this was shown it this last election, not one single county near us voted for King Cuomo and his unSafe Act that even almost all NY law enforcement, Sheriffs Associations, State, County, Local, publicly are against Cuomo's unSafe Act also (you know the ones who deal with criminals on a daily basis).
Bank Of America (probably owned by China) have made a mistake on this one.

This gun issue is like a witch hunt ... do you remember 2 years ago when one place in upstate PRINTED in the paper the names of all Registered Gun Owners ? Like wow !? I would have sued their pants off ! People who have never touched one are run by fear and have no idea of the good people that have them ...

I lean toward socially liberal and fiscally conservative - so I never fit in any party .... but I have seen other countries and I know for sure how important it is to keep all our rights - and come at any issue from a mental health or enforce criminal laws focus ....
