They're considered a delicacy. I'll get some pictures for you. They've been domesticated for so long that the brooding trait has been all but eradicated from them, so you usually have to hatch. Sometimes rarely you get one that's broody. You can use a bantam chicken to hatch them though, something like an OEGB or D'Uccle would be perfect for that.
