Chicken girl 15
Songster
We have manure to spare. I would love a few EE come spring. Hubby said no more until April though. In fact just let me know when you want to get manure. I can have a few (as many as 10 or so) bedding bags filled for you anytime. I am all for trades. Maybe we can trade a few chicks come spring as well.Yes do not buy shipped EE eggs when you can get chicks or eggs from me. I usually set some EE and Del eggs as a control. If they don't hatch then I know something is wrong as they always hatch well. Point, I always have EE chicks to rehome. Though I do like a trade for horse manure when I can get it.I know folks who give it away for the taking but I'm busy and I can always use more.

He was my last boy out of my first rooster, Honey. He was such a sweetheart and had the same good temperament as his father. I found him the coop this morning behind the dog crate I use for broodies. He was still warm and rigor mortis hadn't set it so he had just passed. I'm not sure if he was fighting with Pretty Boy or what but somehow the entire back of his comb was ripped open and he bled out. His wattles were completely pale. I'm gonna miss that boy
on the Dumor grower, plus the three Daisies and all the Dels since two EE's are in there and they're not yet ready to lay. I may move the Del pullets to the Del coop too.
