Yep. We got Easter Eggers, Plymouth Rocks, and Australorps. Raising them all and then giving a few to our friend who wanted a few chicks to add to their flock. Figured there wasn’t much difference between raising 6 or 10. Hahahaha

Hi all
Just want to wish everybody a happy spring! I’ve been de-wintering little at a time. I think it’s safe to say that winter has moved on (TG)! Today I officially opened up the coop... I have some chicks in the brooder that I hatched and I’m still feeding the birds( regardless of the bear( who by the way came for a visit in April). Gonna make the best of it during this” BuzzKill” . I guess I’ll start the cleanup this weekend. That should keep me busy for a while. Stay safe everybody!

Coop just needs a coat of paint, and I’m done. Well...still have to hang a roost bar in the run and hang the feeder and waterer. But the big stuff is done.
