NY chicken lover!!!!

i have 3 guinea hens from my hatch last summer if anyone is interested in a small group of them, they are a little skittish and not doing great with the rest of my guineas they do however do good with chickens since they were raised with them, I will not sell them as meat birds or overnight free-range birds unless there is a watch animal out at night as well 2 males 1 female

I am considering decreasing my Ameraucana bantams so I can focus on just one variety. I have 1 blue wheaten rooster and 7 wheaten / blue wheaten hens. All hatched in 2020-2021. They are laying well, friendly and very cold tolerant. This is a group of really nice birds and been told they would do well in shows by a number of people. I don’t have the time to show. They would make a great starter group for someone looking to start breeding and showing. If anyone is interested please feel free to message me.

Hi guys. I'm Peggy and I live about 20 miles south of Ithaca, NY. Right now I'm down sizing my girls for the winter, but usually have about 25 to 35 chickens. Fell in love with Blue Cochins, they seem to handle our weather very well. I have a variety of different chickens, BR, Cochins, Royalle Faverole,EE, NHR, white Giant, Wyandotte, Shaver Red, Buff Orp., Austrolorp,Speckled sussex, that's it for now but am always adding more!!!!!

Hi there! What are your favorite kid friendly chickens? Also where do you get your chick's from? I'm in your area.

Do you still have the 3 guinea hens? Where are you?
Also, would 2 males harass the female? I‘ve seen it happen with chickens.

yes, I do still have them, I am in Dutchess county near the Connecticut border. I am not sure but I have 19 guineas currently only 4 are girls but I have been raising guineas for as long as I can remember and haven't really had many problems. also, I am 90% sure its 2 males and a female but one of the male's kiwi is a little iffy, nanner is definitely a girl though and I'm 99 % sure mango is a boy.

- sorry for the late reply
