NY chicken lover!!!!

and just because Cheap Trick is the most under rated band out there... Tom Hamilton may be the best bass player alive, Robin Zander has 1000 voices, all good, and Rick Nielsen on guitar...OMG, talent. 2 more....

A day in the Life...... work of art doing that this good live. The Beatles did it with LOTS of overdubs. Tom Hamiltons bass playing on this and Rick Nielsens TASEFUL guitar work. Simply amazing. Darn it, I am missing my band. Time to form a new one I think.....
My Favorite Cheap Trick

I think it has some golden leghorn & some wyandotte also . was it from a mix or a hatchery freebee?

Can't be a Marans ., they don't have yellow legs, nor a or Wyandotte, they have rose combs, not single combs but looks to me like a cross between a Barred rock & buff orp. But, its a mutt, pretty though.
I was wondering that because of the barring in the yellow feathers around the neck...

Could be a mix, not hatchery though. She got him along with a blue orp hen and some others from someone nearby.

Evening everyone,
Well we didn't set the trap last night because a piece broke and we couldn't get it to stay set for the rat. Since we didn't have that, I decided to leave a steel garbage can open with some dog food skimming the bottom with the two boards leading up the top of the can. This way if one jumped in to get the food, it would have no way of getting out. There was nothing in there this morning and no tracks anywhere in the snow. If we caught two already what are the chances there are more? I'm still planning on setting a trap once I get more I'm just curious. Do they usually live in packs of more than 2??
