Any date is good for meTalking about the picnic.... I have offered to host it at my place this year. If anyone else really wants to host speak up now, if not.....
Time to start thinking about it!!.... I was thinking about either the 4th or the 18th. (The 11th is Mother's day weekend and the 25th is Memorial day weekend) Let me know what weekend works best and we can pick the one that most are available for.

Define 'late at night' ?? I can certainly have him ready to go by then...I am actually interested as I will traveling thru your neck of the woods around the 23rd but it might be late at night so might not work.
Well, I don't have a problem with getting up to meet you, but if you are too tired maybe we can meet half way at another time? Your choice.Well late at night could be in a time frame of anytime during dark hours but hopefully before midnight, lol. Depends on traffic and weather as I will be driving back from Illinois.

I call that a Egg Malfunction ! New layers sometimes lay weird eggs ..You got a rare one ..A whole egg inside of a egg ..More common is is 2 eggs inside 1 shell
That's all the updates from me, thought you'd all get a kick out of the supersize egg, poor girl, what an introduction to laying, every egg since then has been normal size.
Aria - Not laying - are you sure they are young hens ?It only comes in a liquid, you have to give it to them orally via a syringe. The dose is .23 ml per pound, and then a repeat dose ten days later as well. You can weigh the chickens for best accuracy but if you can't do that, you can just go using the average weight for the breed and it'll be fine.
come to our chicken stock Party in May ...To be clear, I have not been near any other flocks for some time and should not be a risque of contamination for you.
