NY chicken lover!!!!

Hello everyone this thread was recommended to me, we're planning to build a new chicken coop 20×30 and want to put down a concrete slab. Has anyone here done that and how much did it cost you.

We built our Coop 1995 and did the work ourselves:

morning NY peeps - I'll be traveling west on Sunday from Ithaca to Olean (rt 17/86). Anyone along the route have some quality Wyandotte or Orpington hatching eggs? Been wanting to order some, but with our weather mood swings, have been impatiently waiting. Want to hatch some good quality for county fair in July.

It was a while ago and of course we forgot. I suggest you call
a Cement Dealer or and ask them approximately how much? And
you are planning to purchase the cement from them etc. And I am sure they would have an accurate answer for you. If you do the work yourself...it should NOT be expensive. It would be
well worth it. It is very easy to CLEAN. When we clean our Coop we hose it down...and if necessary we can Bleach and rinse. And we use layers of hay and it works out GREAT. Aria

Person I am meeting with in Olean is looking for a meat breed rabbit buck (no Silver Fox, she already has one). Does are Chinchilla/NZ cross. Needs to be a friendly boy that can live in a colony. Know a few here also have rabbits.
