I got apparently four friz's now. Three I hatched and another from an EE broody. Who by the way is still sitting on eggs, even after I took her three chicks. As for the Friz mother, she's brooding eggs herself, due next week. I expect she'll have more friz's in there too. She is frizzed real nice. The kids like to see the frizs. So I like to keep a few. She lays a small bantam type egg but dark smooth like a marans. She of course is friendly as are most cochins.

They're both in the coop as I have no place for them right now.

I do take trades of hay or straw BTW. I have a garden so I can always use that. As long as it's not moldy of course.

What breeds do you have?

Go for Lovins auction! She has some beautiful birds. And one of my BIG black EE hens that lays a huge blue egg. Good luck!

i guess i only have the pair of 10 month old black silkies to trade at moment then. i can make it a trio if you want.
your kids would like the silkies. my daughter is 2 and she picks them up and carrys them around. they just stand there lol.

I'm worried to bid too early and have the price sky rocket out of my range. I soooo want them though.

I'm looking for a Bourbon Red Turkey Hen. Mine died and I need a replacement for the tom.

I'm willing to buy or can trade for eggs from black or blue copper marans, Blue Laced Red Wyandottes, Narragansett Turkey eggs or Blue Wheaten Ameraucanas.

or I have a few Marans chicks now, and am hatching weekly.

I also have a decent black copper year old Rooster.
