I hate Sunday shows. Some of us need to go to church. Lord have mercy!

If anyone near albany (work area) or near my home area (wilton,ny) is planning to order hatchery chicks this year (may?) and wants to split an order, please PM me. I am never home to get deliveries so it would work out for both of us - no packing peanuts to deal with and I can pick up after/before work (or whenever is convenient). There's just a few breeds I'd like to get a few pullets for without having to hatch a pile of eggs and wait for the roos to show..

Does anyone ever feel that spring isn't coming fast enough?

This morning was so cold. I can't get my toes to feel warm and that's inside. My poor chickens!

I agree but thank goodness for a Sat. mass! LOL!

This is a reminder we are having a 4H meeting on Friday, 6:30pm in Vernon.
If you have kids interested, please email me for direction.

The fee to join is $15 per child, maximum $30 per family.

Our goldfish died this weekend too. They were about 6 yrs old, which I thought was good for 10 cent feeder fish. I spent the morning cleaning the chick totes and divided some of them into a new tote which is now where the fish tank was. Now for some more cleaning before work.

I am sorry to hear about your fish. I'm sure they had a good long life for feeder fish. Bet they were happy not to end up on someone else's menu.
