Ah, so you don't even have to stay? I wonder if it's the same for the saratoga auction. I'd prefer it that way, since that one is at 9PM, past my bedtime. LOL.

Don't you have to go back and get your cages? I know, noob questions - but good to know!

If you left cages you would have to go back for them. If you use boxes you're good. Kings set up wasn't that great since they burned and are rebuilding. Being everything was in boxes people couldn't view what else was for sale before the auction started, which I didn't like.

I'd bet money that they were Renee's.......tgrlily

Nope! Good guess, though!

They're MJ's. She's not on here. MJ's are bred with BBS. I'm an official chicken snob. I don't breed my lavender Orps to anything but the very best English style blacks I could find. My lav Ameraucana boy & split girls are from Pips & Peeps.

Sorry about that. But that's what I'm becoming myself...why do you think I chose you for my silkies and ameraucanas!

Thank god for MJ...she bought 4 of my girls just the other day...she's such a nice person and I wish she were on this board.

Sue, I heard back from Rick!! I just have to call him and we can go from there. I am willing to make the drive out there, my mother lived in Buffalo for years going to the nunnery..obviously it didn't take! LOL But I want to spend some time just her and I, and she is all for making a day trip out of it. Hopefully he will allow us to pick up the birds...if that's the case, would you want me to pick yours up? I need to see if he will let me delay picking them up until the end of April. I need to build a coop for them...I'm getting way ahead of myself here since I haven't even talked to the man yet! LOL
