I'll have to use the broomstick. I am hanging in there to see if she improves, but wet pox is nasty.
I better check my sump also, don't even have it hooked up to the outside drain and I have feed in the garage (which will get wet if the sump isn't working).
Sorry you have to cull. If I were closer, I would be glad to help you out...we are rationing eggs now. The past 4 days or so we got 3 eggs a day...today we got 6!!

It is pouring rain here too, no snow in sight! I can definitely wait on the snow.
I hope all my Christmas day chicks finish hatching by the time my NYD chicks start! I just ordered 25 Cornish rock from Ideal, sale on leftovers for tomorrow's hatch. Gonna be chick central here. Hope some of the big girls start laying soon.
