I had another thread going about bumblefoot, but I'll post the continuation here instead.

Long story short, I noticed bumblefoot on both feet on one of my red sex links, including a rather large cyst on the top of her right foot (the worse foot). Both feet in the beginning were swollen and hot. I am a complete baby when it comes to any kind of surgery or cutting. I'll throw up... literally. I ordered tricide-neo and did a full week of epsom salt soaks and medicated soaks and bandaging with neosporin, gauze and vetrap. At the end of the week, there was some improvement, but not huge. I cleaned her feet well and rebandaged and then, to be honest, I ignored it until this morning. It's been about 2 weeks (still had the bandages on) but she was limping a little.
I took off the bandages and was crushed to see both feet are swollen, the cyst is back (it had mostly come off earlier as a large, hard lump) and both black scabs were still there. The left foot's (the better one) scab was starting to come up on the sides. I soaked her for 7 or 8 minutes in epsom salt and warm water. She enjoyed grapes while she soaked.

After the soak, the scab on the left foot pulled off with little effort. Obviously, there's an open hole, but nothing else came out. I neosporined her and vetrapped again. The right foot, I did get the scab off, but it took much more effort. Attached to the scab was a hardened "corn". Puss and blood poured during the process. I can't believe I was able to do it without getting sick, but I managed. I'm so proud of myself. I was able to squeeze out a little more blood and puss, but that's it. I rewrapped that foot also.
Tonight, I will soak her again and see if we can't get more gunk out. I'm sure she has a little relief already.
Should I also soak in the tricide-neo again, too? Not sure since the wound is open now. HELP! What's my best course of action?
