Have fun!!!

Anything in NY City is bigger, louder and more obnoxious than anywhere else. I can certainly see being intimidated at being there, but it should be a grand time.

I lived in the Hudson Valley for 5 years, and I still regret not going to New Year's in NY while I was there. I was to intimidated to go.

They actually have no limit on numbers either. As long as they're well maintained! I'm hoping to model the Philadelphia law after theirs.

that does it. I vote all the northeastern BYC people get together and build a chicken raising float for the gay pride parade! That would be fun.

But still, you don't have to be LGBT to attend a gay pride - alot of friends and family attend too in support of their loved ones. Therefor, asking who is attending is not the same as asking who is LGBT here. That is just the sort of things the LGBT community has to deal with everyday and exactly why there are parades in the first place.

You could make a mother hen white, then babies following her in each color of the rainbow. eh? Just shooting ideas.

This is an event. A parade. West Hollywood just had theirs a little while back and the costumes just crack me up. Some of them are SOOOO outrageous, it makes me wonder where they come up with these ideas. It used to take me months to come up with a stupid Halloween costume!!!

These events are usually the ONLY ones that happen in LA that don't wind up with violent outbursts.

Have a great time and eat something fried with me in mind.

Oh! ORRRR you could do the momma white and all the babies but one white too... the one be the rainbow. And the mother kinda putting it's head down on it like they do "loving on it" That would make a point, huh?
