Ooops that must be the issue the whole goat worming thingLOL
I guess no matter who you are and what you are into it can often be hard to find like minded people. I could care less what people think of me but when i managed a show kennel and travelled the country showing dogs that was ok - but you have a couple show quality chickens or rabbits? Forget about it lOL
I am a city guy myself but have found heaven in the country and am never more at peace than caring for the critters !

I hear ya. I am still struggling to find a like minded guy. I'm extremely mellow, and private, and I really love my simple life here in the woods. Doesn't mean I don't want to be with someone, I do, it's just that all the guys I meet are not like minded. I've lived all over the place, city to country and everywhere in between. I've been with men where I had to sacrifice who I am in order to fit with THEIR lifestyle. I'm just sick of all that. I finally have the life I want, simple, quiet, living in the woods. I too find peace and self worth with my life caring for animals and being somewhat self sufficient. There has to be a guy out there who thinks the same way and is within driving distance, LOL. But enough about that, I didn't mean to hijack the thread with my dating problems, LOL. Sorry! Ya, we gotta find ourselves good men who love the country life and love animals, that's all there is to it.

You ever seen the College Softball World Series? No lack of self esteem there!!! Those girls are tuff too! They are not afraid to sacrfice their bodies to make a play. They play their Series in a weekend while the Boys play there series over a period of weekends. Sometimes a girls team has to play back to back to back games in order just to stay in the series. Girls must have better hand/eye coordination in order to hit the ball because it reaches the plate (

I forget how many seconds) faster than a baseball does.

I think it's truly wonderful that this discussion has remained (with some help from the mods) so polite, friendly, and educational. So many of these threads go downhill quickly and it's refreshing to see something different. Being from a younger generation than many of you (I'm twenty-three), it can be difficult for me to understand the biases against gay people that so many people and groups still hold on to. I am proud of my generation being more open-minded and tolerant on these issues for the most part. I hope this trend towards tolerance and understanding will continue.

I consider myself bi, though I do mostly prefer males (I'm female). I think of sexuality as a continuum, where there are all shades of grey and everyone is scattered across the continuum. Most of my friends seem to think that way as well, and consider themselves bi to some degree or another, though everyone I've discussed with generally seems to lean to one side or another. I hope someday we will live in a world where everyone is accepted for who they are and everyone feels free to make the choices that are right for them.

I don't know how it computes with a 98 mph fastball in baseball, but some of those girl pitchers can through a ball UNDER hand at 70mph!!

see?! We should be able to play baseball if we want. Women are darn good!
