O GREAT...... TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT!!!!!

I was outside putting my girls in their run... and I looked up and saw these

(The fence is our property line)
I have never seen a buzzard do that

It was kinda spooky!! Then a third one came up and they quite doing that. They have since flown away.

They were just cooling off. You don't have to worry about the buzzards. They only like dead stuff.

But we aware- buzzards, seagulls, crows and lots of birds will snatch and eat a chick...

Buzzards will open there wings like that to either warn up or cool off. Even though it looked creepy they were just getting there wings ready to fly.

We see them her early on cold mornings warming there wings. Quite natural. Awesome pic though.

They ARE spooky! I hate those things! Remember how your mom said to you "you don't hate anything, you dislike it very much"? Well, I HATE those things! I saw a post on here the other day saying how they are seeing so many more hawks this year. I started paying attention around my neck of the woods and yes, they are thick as thieves!

What I hate is when they start circling you. That happened the last time we went camping. We got a late start, we got tired and hot faster than anticipated and took our first break. First one, then another, then yet another started circling us. Then one cast his shadow on us.

No, we are not going to die here out in the woods. Go away!
