I have a wisteria that I would like on the side of my chicken coop, but I am not sure if it is poisonous to chickens or not. This was to first question.

Well now that I am all caught up on poisonous wisterias (LOL) I all also have a wild orange hummingbird vine that you see on just about every guide wire in Indiana. I was thinking that it would also look good climbing on my coop. Now I still don't know if this is poisonous to chickens or not. I wouldn't think so but just I like it, it probably is!!!!

It strikes me as unlikely that the chickens would eat something bad for them, if they have plenty of other options.

I'd re-think the wisteria. They have VERY strong roots and vines and can damage house foundations and fences, so after a few years it could damage your coop.
