well today is a very sad day my dad just called me(i am in kaui) that 5 of my 5 week ameranas have been eaten and a ruen duck was eaten. the thing that kills me is that i am not gonna be there till tuesday. this is so sad because i only had 5 ameracans

I'm so sorry! That sounds awful.

I had a puppy when I was a kid that got hit by a car while I was visiting my Dad. I had to wait until he had woken up, had his coffee, showered, etc etc before he would take me the 45 mins back home. It was awful, but at least it wasn't DAYS.

Sounds like racoons to me. An 'hot' (electric) wire around the coop will avoid future disasters. Sorry about your birds.
