It seems like every law out there and a good deal of the Constitution are all open to interpretation.

I for one am glad his Stay , was blocked. 15 years was long enought to feed this guy.....Texas done it right....guess what no harm was done to the treaty either......Obama with his girls should have seen no reason for a stay.....
 
it doesn't make much sense to me that the US signed the treaty and Texas didn't. Seems to me the US signing should make it valid in all states.

There are Federal laws and State laws.

Treaties are between Federal Govts.​
